Tested mga7-64

Installed and built into 5.10 series kernel, using graphical setup, and reboot, seems to be working fine.

Thanks for testing.

Flushing out as kernel 5.10 update was relased yesterday.

Hi,
this was ok for nvidia driver, but now, if i install nvidia340-cuda-opencl, all video.mp4 with h264 cannot be play anymore, urpme nvidia340-cuda-opencl solve the problem.
example with vlc with cuda installed : main decoder error: Codec `hevc' (MPEG-H Part2/HEVC (H.265)) is not supported

when removing cuda, vlc play video, but with lag and freeze :

Comment 6 Eric Petit 2021-01-19 13:22:34 CET
sorry, that's not an h264 but h265 video
Comment 7 Thomas Backlund 2021-01-19 14:12:28 CET
Unfortunately that is out of our control as cuda bits are proprietary binary-only parts of the driver.

And since the 340.108 was released over one year ago (and basically got abandoned since then) and nVidia now officially EOL:ed this driver at end of 2020 you are basically out of luck ...

Closing this report again as it's update has been pushed.
