Description of problem: clicking *next* in Polari 1st run wizard does not present a new window.
the only way to proceed is to *cancel* the wizard, then the Polari window is presented.
attempting to add a network here also fails.

How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.install all DE from x86_64 CI.iso.
2.add tainted repo and update and reboot
3.login and start Polari

each *paragraph* is attempting to add network either from 1st run wizard or from Polari *join chatroom*
