When we start scribus, there is a warning who say there is no ghostscript. If we start gs there is an error because libgs9 is missing. if we install libgs9, all is ok.

This bug is still valid. Now the dependence "ghostscript" is missing for scribus. The bug for the libg9 is fixed for ghostscript.
Ping ! scribus is installed as default with the dvd, and we see the pop-up at the first launch

Present too in Beta 3 pre-release testing.
still current in Pre 2 Final DVD 64 default KDE install.
Consequences of this are Print preview and EPS imports being disabled, and an annoying popup when started.

libgs9 (or lib64gs9 on x86_64) not being installed shouldn't happen, as in almost any install either okular (KDE default PDF viewer) or evince (GNOME default PDF viewer) should be installed. Both of these require libspectre.so.1, provided by the libspectre1 or lib64spectre1 package, which in turn requires libgs.so.9, provided by libgs9 or lib64gs9. I verified this on i586, and tmb and JohnR on IRC verified it on x86_64.

This seems to work ok with a default gnome installation mga3a1 but not in with a default kde so the missing require must be on the dvd. rpm -qa | grep ghost in gnome ghostscript-module-X ghostscript-fonts ghostscript-common ghostscript
mga3 LXDE without apps installed with boot.iso from ftp. If I install scribus, the dependence ghostscript-9.05-2.mga2 is missing.
sudo urpmi scribus To satisfy dependencies, the following packages are going to be installed: Package Version Release Arch (medium "Core Release") ghostscript-common 9.05 2.mga2 x86_64 ghostscript-fonts 8.11 15.mga1 noarch lib64aspell15 0.60.6.1 2.mga2 x86_64 scribus 1.4.1 1.mga3 x86_64 tkinter 2.7.3 6.mga3 x86_64 Looks like fixed

I do not agree with you. You have to add "ghostscript" in the list of dependences for a complete working of scribus.
