Description of problem:

Booting with kernel 5.10.1 results on black screen on amd laptop after switching to video mode.  Kernel 5.9.12 works fine

Looks like a driver problem.  Attaching config for laptop

How reproducible:

Install kernel 5.10.1 boot.  Screen goes black when switching to video mode.
Marking as critical since laptop will not boot to usable state.

This seems a duplicate of Bug 27833.
Amd graphic card / driver in cause.

Does 5.10.2-1 work any better?
