Description of problem: I get Wrong signature when writing Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64.iso to USB disk with IsoDumber 1.28 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Downloaded Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64.iso with ktorrent from ??? 2. Dumped to 7.547 Gib Icidu USB disk using IsoDumper 1.28 3. Got error message (partly in danish, but I guess you can find the important part): Destinationsenheder: USB DISK 2.0 (/dev/sdf) 7.547 GiB Billede : /home/hansmicheelsen/Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64/Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64.iso Udfører kopi fra /home/hansmicheelsen/Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64/Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64.iso til /dev/sdf Aftrykket Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64.iso blev skrevet til /dev/sdf Bytes skrevet: 4574445568 Invalid signature for /home/hansmicheelsen/Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64/Mageia-8-beta2-x86_64.iso.sha3 The signature of the sum is false !
Danish isn't my strong point, but I think that's saying that when isodumper read back the data it had written, it didn't match. Try dumping it again. If you still get the error, try another USB disk. They do become unreliable with age!

Thank you for reporting I guess despite that messages output you also got a popup that Isodumper finished? Probably the error is in error. It have been reported before, and have separate Bug 27667 now. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 27667 ***

Yes, Isodumper finished. And I'm writing this in a new installation from that same usb-disk.
