Description of problem:

The last Cauldron update I installed yesterday was rather calamitous.

How reproducible:

Simply try to install the update with software management update in MCC. Some packages are not signed (Thunderbird 78.5.0 ..) and you get in the end a lot of error messages (sorry for the length, each line is informative)

Cauldron is not recommended for production systems.

libicui has been pushed several days ago and packages that depend have been rebuild.
For missing signatures, we are one the process to resolve this.

Try fixing this

By switching to nearest best mirrors fully dark green for Cauldron ased on this: https://mirrors.mageia.org/status
Also, try "urpmi --clean" before attempting to redo "urpmi --auto-select".
Also, on problematic missing signature package, you could use mgaapplet and 
unselect ones that have missing signatures.

Adding to Aurélien's comment, Michel, did the failed update actually cause you any problems? Things like you noted are usually resolved fairly quickly after a few days, and sort themselves out with later updates.

As A notes, Cauldron is a 'use at your own risk' system. I do so regularly, never so far with grief. But thank you for reporting what you did, it does help. Please report back if updates continue to fail for some time; or better, when they work for you without problems again.

Hi guys,

In fact I get no problem really, I just wanted you to be aware in real time of what I notice in Cauldron. It's not running on a production system, but on a personnel PC which I use also as a sandbox, so no sweat ..
