IIRC this was done for security reasons, and you'll need a sysadmin to update it.

I afraid is a wontfix bug, if the reason is security then users that need upload ssh key require to contact with sysadmins and need to be documented in wiki that the procedure did change

i just changed the key on the ldap. 
we forgot this one for too long :-(


but yes we still need to do it manually for security reasons.
