Description of problem: When starting a new project in gnome-builder, the" Start New Project" does not display any available programming language. So it is impossible to create a project through this window

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch gnome-builder
2. Click "Start New Project.." on "Open a Project" window
3. See the empty line for available languages

Added requires for typelib(Jsonrpc) to gnome-builder-3.38.1-2.

While waiting it landing to mirrors you can install missing pkg by yourself via urpmi as root.
# urpmi 'typelib(Jsonrpc)'
