Given URL http://web135.srv3.sysproserver.de/milki.erphesfurt.de./streamtuner2/ is 404, I changed it to https://sourceforge.net/p/streamtuner2 The latest major stable release appeared 2016. Not very active but recent update three months ago, so seem still alive. Python version https://pypi.org/project/streamtuner2/
