Description of problem: --- Hi. If the "Get DNS servers from DHCP" checkbox is checked, data from the "DNS Server 1" and "DNS Server 2" fields should NOT write DNS addresses in /etc/resolv.conf, since the IP addresses of these servers are issued by an external DHCP server. At the moment, if the fields "DNS Server 1" and "DNS Server 2" were once spelled out ip addresses, they are in any case written to /etc/resolv.conf. See the screenshot in the attachment. How reproducible: --- Open the Network Center, select the interface, and click "Configure". Enable "Automatic IP (BOOTP/DHCP)", uncheck "Get DNS servers from DHCP", enter the DNS Server addresses in the" DNS Server 1 "and" DNS Server 2 " fields, and again check "Get DNS servers from DHCP " and click "Ok". Switch the selected interface (off/on), view the contents of /etc/resolv.conf, or perform "dig mageia.org" in the terminal to see which DNS servers are being used.
