Description of problems:

When run from command line

1) It may take long time until it shows up
- it would look better if it show a dialogue "Looking for locales and hardware support to remove..."

2) If it find nothing to remove, it silently exits.
- it would look better it that dialogue then changed to "No unused locale nor hardware support found.  [OK] "
