Is this issue fixed in 20.08.3 release?

Upstream has fixed bug in master branch of KFrameworks Purpose.

Not only Dolphin but Okular and Spectacle are affected.
Will see this fixed in KDE Frameworks 5.77 as 5.76 are already out.

so ok upstream patch backported in purpose-5.75.0-3.mga8!

Fixed in Cauldron.
Not sure but if we will provide KDE Frameworks 5.76, this patch is part of upcoming 5.77 version.
