No, this is too heavy dependency on this.

For reminder: hspell is a hebrew spellchecker.
Why installing by default on all locale a lib: lib64hspell0
whereas hspell is not installed!
That's why each time a Qt/Plasma that has spellchecking in it is launched, we get these errors:
Hspell: can't open /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes.
kf.sonnet.clients.hspell: HSpellDict::HSpellDict: Init failed

$ urpmf -f /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes
hspell-1.4-4.mga8.x86_64

and: $ rpm -qa | grep hspell-1.4
gives no package. It is not installed.
