Wrong path starts by "/usr//usr/libexec/..." should start "/usr/libexec/..."

In ckb-next, there is a typo error so GUI can't see where are stored Animations tools.

Wrong path starts by "/usr//usr/libexec/..." should start "/usr/libexec/..."
