Description of problem:

Without which installed some basic R utils will break.  The package for R-base should include which with a comment explain why this is necessary.

LC_ALL=C urpme which --test
Removing the following package will break your system:
  basesystem-minimal-9-0.1.mga9.x86_64
   (due to missing basesystem-minimal-core)

which is always installed. Thus it has not to be required.
