Thank you for reporting this. Yes, the browser requires: $ urpmq --requires chromium-browser-stable | grep libicu libicui18n.so.66()(64bit) libicuuc.so.66()(64bit) but this has been upped to lib64icu67, which is required by a lot of things but not Chromium. Chromium maintainers are currently variable, so assigning this globally; but CC'ing the most relevant packagers who have updated it recently; once Wed Jul 1 for "rebuild for icu 67.1" which should have pre-empted this bug.
