Description of problem:
Epiphany alias Web does not start either from menu or command line.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Mageia 8 alpha1, epiphany-3.37.3-1.mga8

This has been true since M8alpha1. From a terminal:
 $ epiphany
Oops, secure memory pool already initialized

** (epiphany:2686): ERROR **: 11:24:27.110: Failed to start dbus proxy: Failed to execute child process “/usr/bin/xdg-dbus-proxy” (No such file or directory)
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)

/usr/bin/xdg-dbus-proxy does not exist on this Classic ISO installation with 6 desktops.

Checking the Fedora spec file, webkit2 should have various requires and recommendations. See https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/webkit2gtk3/blob/master/f/webkit2gtk3.spec

I've added these in a new webkit2-2.29.3-2.mga8.

Seems you should not have flatpak and/or gnome-software. So I guess a lot already had the dependency by accident.
