Description of problem: Upgrade f-p-p to (for example) above shown version. Subsequently, ownership of /usr/bin/flash-player-proerties is no longer root:root, but (in my case) 501:501. In my case user 500 is myself, 501 is my wife. IMHO owner should be root:root.

Good catch! This is not the only case for this strange ownership, just check the output of: ls -la $(rpm -ql flash-player-plugin11)

The honour should go to sectool: it caught it and told me :)
Fixed in just submitted flash-player-plugin11. Thanks for the report.
