Assigning to QA, Advisory: ======================== Our current solaar is a quite old now (git snapshot from 2019 01 30) and doesn't work with new logitech mouses. So this updates solaar to the latest final and supported upstream release. For reference: https://github.com/pwr-Solaar/Solaar/blob/master/ChangeLog ======================== Packages in 7/core/updates_testing: ======================== solaar-1.0.2-1.mga7.noarch.rpm Source RPM: ======================== solaar-1.0.2-1.mga7.src.rpm
64-bit Plasma system. Package installed cleanly. I have several Logitech mice/keyboard sets, most of which use the Unifying receiver, including one on this system. That receiver can pair with up to six devices. Solaar tells me the status of the keyboard and mouse batteries with no problem. In addition, I plugged in an older nano receiver that was supposed to be able to pair with one device at a time. The old solaar wouldn't work with both receivers at the same time, but this one will, and I was able to pair a mouse with it with no problem. This is OK. Validating. Advisory in Comment 0.
