As usual, as soon as adobe makes a new version available, it removes the old one. Looks like 32.0.0.371 has been released today. Hasn't been packaged for Mageia yet. In the meantime, it can be downloaded directly from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

MGA7-64 Plasma on Lenovo B50 No installation issues. I don't have this plugin installed anymore as a rule, and I don't see problems in the website I regularly visit, so it is rather irrelevant for my daily usage. I wouldn't know any website that requires it beside test page from adaobe as pointed to in bug 26503. And that works OK. So for me i's OK.
