I would like to have a timeedition package for Mageia 1.
Is that possible?

I doubt that we can / will provide this. While timeedition itself is GPL'ed, it needs Real Basic to be compiled. Real Basic unfortunately is not freely available.

That's correct. When looking in Wikipedia, I find Real Basic is commercially marketed, and Google gives a lot of links about license keys being needed.
