Description Kristoffer Grundström 2020-05-02 11:27:46 CEST
Description of problem: I got the AUTH mail to confirm that it's really me doing the change, but Sympa does not accept my login credentials. identity.mageia.org shows my new email adress and I'm logged in to the wiki.

How reproducible: More than once.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://ml.mageia.org/l/home
2. Login and change your email adress in the settings.
3. Log out and login with the new email adress.
4. Sympa does not allow me to login even though the account exists.

This is still a problem. The procedure to change email address is not using the sympa form.
The message should be changed to indicate how to change email address. For what I know, this is only by filing a bug report here for sysadmins.
The field for new address should be removed or disabled.

Futhermore, I suspect that the password change will not be effective. Language settings list only US English. Thus I suspect that the whole page has to be disabled.
