I forgot to mention that of course, both URPM & rpm testsuite passed successfully with rpm-4.13.3
Dell Inspiron 5100, 32-bit P4, Radeon RV200 graphics, old Atheros wifi, 32-bit Xfce system, using the desktop kernel. Also, i5-2500, inegrated Intel graphics, wired Internet connection, 64-bit Plasma system. On both systems: All packages installed cleanly. Afterward, was able to search the repos with drakrpm, and to install new packages. Looks good here on both systems.
