Description of problem:
When building RPMs it calls the script /usr/share/spec-helper/translate_menu. This changes files in /usr/lib/menu. No package exists which puts anything in this directory. I think this script should be removed.

How reproducible:
Build a package in Cauldron

Fixed in spec-helper 0.31.23.
