We will ship at least Nextcloud 18 in MGA8. Upgrading from  MGA7  a nextcloud setup will need a version 16 between 15 and 17.

There will be a second backport with version 17 in another bug report.

Suggested Advisory:
Nextcloud 16 is needed as intermediate to upgrade to MGA8 which will bring at least Nextcloud 18.
