Description of problem:

I would be very glad to see the following packages available soon:
apache-mod_bw
Right now I'm using package from the Mandriva repositories, but don't like
that solution.
Anyway it is working fine, so I don't think porting will be hard (I'm ready
to help if possible).

How reproducible:

Just install vanilla Mageia 1 without adding third party software.

Setting version to cauldron to improve the chance that someone will package it. When it is in cauldron, it'll be in the next stable release.
