Description of problem:
qarte launches the index panel but cannot find any Arte programmes.

qarte 4.6.0

How reproducible:
Every time.

Qarte versions before 4.7.0 are no longer compatible with the arte.tv website, therefore most features are now broken in Mageia 7. This updates enable again usage of Qarte.

Confirmed that the new version works.  The index is filled, TV by default.  Clicking on a thumbnail gives information about the item, double-clicking selects and presents an icon where French/German, resolution/bandwidth and subtitles can be selected.  The selected programme can be downloaded in MP4 format and played with any multimedia player.  The Concerts tab works also - selections can be played directly with both sound and video.
