How reproducible: take the rpm skypeforlinux 5.5.0.1

There is also a snap package that you can install if the rpm above doesn't install:

I don't think skypeforlinux is either open source or free to distribute, so it's not something we could host in an MGA repository.  If I'm wrong, please reopen
