Hello,

First, please note that i can't test bug fix as i don't have the required hardware.

It seems that migrating to kernel 5.5.4-1 kernel lead to a Intel 8260 to not works correctly.

As for the topic in the url field (in french). It seems that there is a probable hang of firmware in this kernel version.

Here is log of iwlwifi under 5.4.17 ( journalctl -b0 | grep iwlwifi):

and under the 5.5.4-1 ( in attachement)

It seems that probably the bug is also in upstream (as it seems to impact others Linux distributions). Here is what i found in kernel bugzilla.

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206395

Don't know if it can impact other Intel chipsets.

Thank you for the report & logs. Not the only kernel-5.5.4 bug.
Assigning to kernel/drivers.
