Description of problem:
My NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GPU requires the NVIDIA 304.xx Legacy driver but it is missing in the repositories.

I cannot find the NVIDIA GeForce 6600 listed under our nvidia 340, 390, 430 drivers; but the terminology is confused, and perhaps this GPU is covered by one of those under a different name.

Unfortunately, 

nvidia 304 is not supported upstream anymore since end of 2017, and does not support the xorg server we have in Mageia 7

So we cant help here...

You need to use nouveau, modesetting or vesa driver.
