Description of problem: The installer does not install wpa_supplicant when WiFi board is available. How reproducible: Install Mageia 7 on computer with WIFI At the reboot trying to connect to WIFI, system ask for installing wpa_supplicant which is not possible without ethernet connexion, and some new laptop do not have ethernet port.
Thank you for this report. But something is odd, because wifi-only (no Ethernet) portable computers are quite common; and this problem should have shown up long ago. Can you please say: - something about your system, especially the WiFi card. - what installation method you used, which ISO. - the procedure you used to install the system as far as it went. You imply that it installed fully and failed at the initial re-boot.
