64-bit Plasma system, with Geforce 210 graphics. Updated the driver under kernel-desktop 5.3.13. Rebooted, and all looks good. Off now to test Bug 25829 before testing the kernel 5.4 update. If all tests pass, I will be back to give this an OK.

Updates to VirtualBox and kernel-desktop 5.4 went smoothly, no issues noted after reboot. Looks OK for 64-bits.

Same hardware as Comment 1, but with a 32-bit Plasma system, using the server kernel. Installed this and kernel 5.4.2 at the same time. Installation went smoothly. Rebooted into kernel 5.4.2 and 5.3.13 each in turn. No issues in either kernel. OK for 32-bits. Validating. Advisory information in Comment 0.

Installed and tested without issues. Tested for 3 days with normal workstation usage, several 3D games, steam games, WebGL sites and glmark2.
