Ogre package is created without CgProgramManager plug-in rendering Ogre unusable for some applications. From what I see Ogre is packaged this way because of the (also) missing Cg libraries from Mageia, so at build time "CgProgramManager" plug-in is skipped. I rebuilt Ogre from the same (with no modification) Mageia SRPMS as above but with Cg libraries installed and this time the missing Cg plug-in was created. So I suppose is just a matter of including (if possible) Cg libraries and rebuilding Ogre.
