after enabling httpd to start in services automatically and rebooting machine I get to a message when hitting 127.0.0.1

Something to the effect I need to add a CAN_INSTALL file in the configuration directory.

I go to terminal then cd to /etc/nextcloud - su to root and then to apache

$touch CAN_INSTALL

exit out of terminal

Refresh my web-page and it installed without a hitch and is working as designed.

Approved from my end
