Description of problem:
Launching mercurial yields the following:

    #!python
    ** Mercurial version (4.9.1).  TortoiseHg version (4.7.2)
    ** Command: --nofork
    ** CWD: /home/****
    ** Encoding: UTF-8
    ** Extensions loaded: 
    ** Python version: 2.7.15 (default, May  4 2019, 05:46:04) [GCC 5.5.0]
    ** System: Linux  4.14.145-desktop-2.mga6 #1 SMP Fri Sep 20 14:07:10 UTC 2019 x86_64
    ** Qt-5.6.1 PyQt-5.6 QScintilla-2.9.1
    
    This version of TortoiseHg requires Mercurial version 4.6.n to 4.7.n, but found 4.9.1
    

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be fully updated.
2. Launch TortiseHg.
3. Observe message.

I think we need to update tortoise hg also to 4.9.1 as it has been done for mercurial
