This does not look right. You have set the Mageia 'version' to Cauldron, but the errors show Mageia *5* (mga5). This has not been supported for a long time. Please set the Mageia version you are using - unless it really is Cauldron. For Mageia 7, I have: flash-player-plugin-32.0.0.255-1.mga7.nonfree so the references to version 28 look odd. If you are in fact using Mageia 6, see bug 22820 and bug 22767, which cites: flash-player-plugin-29.0.0.113-1.mga6.nonfree but that was 18 months ago, so it has certainly been updated since. This bug is likely to be marked as a duplicate of the others, but we await your clarifications.
