Update to nvidia-current 430.50

- Fixed display color range handling on pre-Turing GPUs
- Adds support for more RTX series gpus.

Updated all the packages and rebooted to Mate desktop.
Graphics  Device-1: NVIDIA GP102 [GeForce GTX 1080 Ti] driver: nvidia v: 430.50

glmark2 runs fine whereas it failed before the update.
Put the system under stress while glmark2 was running.  No problems.
All other graphical applications working fine, neverball, stellarium, celestia, blender, vlc, LO writer.

It works fine on this hardware.
