1. Run "make new_MonitorsDB" from the "test" direcotry

I believe this was broken in http://gitweb.mageia.org/software/monitor-edid/commit/monitor-parse-edid?id=792959c61bcf2479b0682109326aad382e28d414

where the to_MonitorsDB function was removed.
