Currently there is no really easy to use but complete backup solution in Mandriva / Mageia. Flyback is the best solution in that respect. Very easy to use, but also allowing backup to any place, and allowing to easily exclude paths, directories, files and filetypes. Such an easy to use backup solution is really missing in the distro.I installed is manually for my father and it works like a charm.

Setting version to cauldron, because package requests will usually be done for cauldron first and then be available in next stable release
Version: 1 => Cauldron
Not in Mdv
Do you mean that Mageia will always have less than Mandriva?
No, I means that I couldn't find this package in Mandriva 2010.2 Packages that are in Mandriva 2010.2, are higher on our todo list, originally so that people coming from Mdv 2010.2 could upgrade to Mageia 1 more easily, and now also because we still try to get the packages our former Mandriva users miss since they switched to Mageia. It does not mean your request won't get done. When a packager takes an interest in it, he is free to package it, regardless of how many Mdv packages still need to be done.
