Description of problem:
After a Magéia 7 reboot I can not see my printer or scanner anymore.
In the CCM System / Manage Services Systems by disabling them, I note that the CUPS and CUPS-browsed are stopped.
I start them, I close the CCM and my printer works.
if I stop again my computer the CUPS is stopped again.
But if i disconnect , ou reboot CUPS stay active
I reinstalled the Brother drivers, the CUPS, ... it's always the same think

in the CCM the cups and cups-browsed services have the check box 'Au démarrage' checked but are stopped .

And after a stop et restart if i check cups ans cups-browed  my printer and scanner works fine

How reproducible:
every time 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.power on  start MGA7 go to CCM /System/ Manage Services Systems by disabling them : cups and cups-browed are stopped 
2.press "demarrer" (start) for cups and cups-browsed verify the check bos are checked
3- test printer : it's ok 
4- stop the computer 
5 restart  power on  start MGA7 go to CCM /System/ Manage Services Systems by disabling them : cups and cups-browed are stopped 

the problem seem existing on redhat :

Can you look at this, Thierry?
I am confused by the mentions of 'disabling' in comment 0; and do not think the RedHat reference looks relevant.

Yes. The journal messages are the same.

As it only seems to affect some hardware, it must be very difficult to track down.
