Description papoteur 2019-07-12 19:30:26 CEST
Each time I launch Firefox or thunderbird in command line, I get:
(thunderbird:11400): Gtk-WARNING **: 19:23:35.984: Theme parsing error: <data>:1:34: Expected ')' in color definition

(thunderbird:11400): Gtk-WARNING **: 19:23:35.984: Theme parsing error: <data>:1:77: Expected ')' in color definition

I'm using Plasma with oxygen theme.

This might be https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1516101

You can test by starting FF like this:

   LC_ALL=C firefox --new-instance -ProfileManager

If you don't see the same error, then it is indeed the same issue and then it was fixed (at least for Firefox) with

https://hg.mozilla.org/projects/cedar/rev/f4fc0e5c9d4a8fcc6e93cff2cde0362ac04b8016

Hi Marja,
Yes, it seems to be the same.

I hope that solves it for thunderbird, too.

Assigning to all packagers collectively, since there is no registered maintainer for Firefox and the registered maintainer of Thunderbird hasn't touched TB since a year ago.
Also CC'ing ns80, who touched those packages most often recently.
