I would like to ask you about the script tuningdrake2 is really supported by mageia?Because a lot of users are asking about it. For the reason the script says is compatible with mageia. But I read It uses only mandriva repositories and not mageia ones. Please verify at the tuning drake devolopment at http://blogdrake.net/consulta/tuningdrake You might use the google translator to get it. If you don't understand spanish. I'm looking forward to hear from you in order to guarantee the fair mageia support there. Many user are testing it if It uses mandriva medias, this could spoil the users' mageia computers. Both cannot mix it. the mageia is not mandriva. mageia uses rpm4 and madriva rpm5. Cheers.

Dear Manuel Hiebel, It's used the tuningdrake on mandriva . please refer at http://www.mandrivabrasil.org/site/forum/index.php?topic=9868.0 Tuningdrake and a collection of scripts to help you configure the Mandriva Linux. And a GPL project devellloped by Valle José Cid,nickname aka the katnatek blogdrake.net. With Tuningdrake you can set the official media, and other plf, install the necessary codecs to play all types of videos, DVDs, music, etc.. Install flash for firefox, java, update your system and solve common problems. Now the script tuningdrake2 says it's developped for mageia too. cheers.
