I hope you already has heard about IPFS. On my own opinion, this technology looks promising. For more information about the IPFS : Official doc : https://docs.ipfs.io/introduction/overview/ Wikipedia : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/InterPlanetary_File_System in order to use easily this technology, they are providing tools available here : https://dist.ipfs.io/#about I don't know about "go" programmed software and the feasibility to package it. (PS : still unable to package...)
