Created attachment 11149 [details] Kdenlive save dialogue screenshot kdenlive-17.12.2-1.1.mga6 Quite unfamiliar with this application, but trying it (doing nothing beyond creating a new project & saving it) on Mageia 6 under Mate desktop, it seems to work. Screenshot of the Save dialogue attached. Can please: - confirm the version of Kdenlive you have; - say what desktop you are using; - and perhaps what 'theme'. - Attach a screenshot of your empty save dialogue window.

@ Lewis Smith: Sorry for delay. Malfunction couldn't be reproduced, except, the dialog now looks like your's -- kdenlive seems to ignore the window Style ==> light instead of dark grey / brown. Desktop is latest xfce4. Malfunction occurred with every style, but empty windows was indeed using the current style. Maybe this was a side effect after rpm update. In the meantime it works. Just decreased prio. Thanks.
