mga6, x86_64, UEFI
Intel Core i7-4790 (-HT-MCP-)
GeForce GTX 970, nvidia 390.87
32 GB RAM

Installed all three desktop flavours.
Kernel linus built graphics and virtualbox drivers at reboot.
This has been running smoothly for a couple of hours already, passed various stress tests. Bluetooth working out of the box. Launched a 32-bit mga5 client in virtualbox with nomodesetting - ran scheduled updates.

It all looks good.

Skylake Intel Core i9-7900X
GeForce GTX 1080 Ti - NVIDIA 390.87
32GB RAM

x86_64 Linux 4.14.127-1.mga6

Smooth reboot - grub2 menu already updated.
NFS shares mounted OK
HD TV working
stress test on 11 CPU cores ran to completion.
Random selection of applications worked fine: LO writer, Thunderbird, stellarium.
virtualbox failed until dkms-virtualbox was run, then everything worked well including NFS shares in the vbox client.
glmark2 returned a good score - have noticed it does better when several other things are going on - maybe something to with the "random pool" which tmb has mentioned a few times.

MGA6-32 MATE on IBM Thinkpad R50e
No installation issues.
Tested newspaper pages, ods, xls, odt, txt, pdf, mpg , mp3 files all open/play OK. Access to remote NFS shares OK.
Good enough for me.
