Description of problem: scilab in the mageia 7b3 release is compiled with version 1.10.4 of lib64HDF5, but only version 1.10.5 is provided in the distribution. 1.10.5 is used by other packages such as freecad.
This mismatch causes scilab to crash under certain activities

Steps to Reproduce:
1. invoke scilab from the command line
2. from the scilab gui  window menu bar  choose Applications, Module manager-ATOMS
3.Scilab will retrieve ATOMS info from network, then crash, with the appropriate HDF5 messages appearing in the terminal window.
