Description Ilyés Zoltán 2011-08-20 01:13:18 CEST
Description of problem:
I tried to set the desktop wallpaper in KDE with dragging a picture from Dolphin to the desktop. I remember that KDE used to ask if I want to Copy to desktop or set as desktop wallpaper. I think there was a third option too, but I don't know exact what, maybe create a shortcut.
Anyway, with Cauldron and KDE 4.7, if I drag a picture to the desktop, nothing happens. It is not copied to desktop folder nor set as wallpaper, and there is no dialog to ask what I want to do.

PS: I don't have widgets locked

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
KDE 4.7.00

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drop an image file to the desktop
2.
3.

It's working here with widgets locked or unlocked.
The only situation when it's not working is when i'm using the Search & Launch as Layout.
