Is evince installed?
It's most probably because of multiple pkgs provides private typelibs. $ urpmf --provides --literal 'typelib(Gd)' gnome-books:typelib(Gd)[== 1.0] gnome-music:typelib(Gd)[== 1.0] lib64gdprivate-gir1.0:typelib(Gd)[== 1.0] I filtered out all those private typelib requires and provides plus removed separate gir typelib pkg from gnome-documents .src.rpm.
