Description of problem:

version 13 is not compatible with the new version 14. You can no longer connect with contacts who have already installed version 14 on other distributions or Windows etc

teamviewer is not in official Mageia repositories so closing this bug as INVALID!

A S: Please don't think that I'm being rude towards you, but as constructive criticism......... Don't change the preset rows when opening a new report.
They are there for a reason.

Be more detailed about your issue than just "It doesn't work" or similar sentences.

And secondly, as David wrote we don't have teamviewer in the official repositories so if it's an error about the program itself I suggest you report the issue here instead: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/#submitTicket
