Description of problem: after updating all desktop install of x86_64 Classic Installer, sub-menu "Internet" and "Graphics" "more" do not populate. if you move the mouse pointer into the empty widow it will then populate. other sub-menu "more" do not exhibit this issue

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install all desktops from x86-64 CI .iso
2.update system
3.open application launcher menu and choose "Internet"and move mouse to "more"

also affects "status and notifications" popup, and msec popup notifications.
